How soon can my job be
started?
Ultra Finish employs a fully trained and
professional staff in order to accommodate scheduling in the
quickest time frame possible. Once a job has been contracted
for, it can usually be started within a couple of weeks.
Work is normally performed Monday through Friday.

How long will the job take
to complete?
Once Ultra Finish begins work on your job, a
crew will be there on consecutive days until your job is
complete. Crew sizes and produce drying times will determine
how long each project will take to complete. |

What affect can the weather
have?
The weather could have many affects. At Ultra
Finish we warranty all of our jobs and therefore will not
jeopardize the product and quality of our work by working
under conditions that are not suitable for painting.
We will however do our best to make up for any lost time due
to severe weather conditions in order to finish your home or
project in a timely manner. |

What should we do before the
job is started?
It is a
good idea to provide sufficient access to all areas of your
home being painted. This includes trimming plants and
shrubs, moving potted plants, patio furniture, tools, etc.
ON interiors you should take down all wall hangings, window
coverings, knickknacks and clean out any entertainment
centers, hutches or book cases. By providing clear access
for our crew it will allow us to do a more complete job.
This also makes the job site a safer work environment. You
should also make arrangements to have any pates looked after
during the job. If you need any help with heavy or high
objects we would be more than happy to assist you.

What paint products does
Ultra Finish use?
Ultra Finish uses only the finest products to
insure longevity, durability and quality. We only use
products from major manufacturers such as Benjamin Moore,
Porter and Sherman Williams. We will assess and customize
each job individually in order to provide your home or
project with the best suitable products. |

What is your payment policy?
Ultra
Finish requires a 30% deposit before commencement of the
job. The balance in full is due upon completion of the job |

How long can I expect the
paint to last? What do you warranty?
On exteriors you can expect your job to last
5 to 7 years. Interiors vary depending on how it is
maintained. All of our manufacturers warranty the products
we use for one year.
At Ultra Finish we continue to go above and beyond even
after the job is complete. When the job is complete, we will
do a final walk through. Any additional touch ups will be
taken care to ensure that you are more than happy with the
end result. We will also provide you with a personalized
touch up kit along with a written manifest or specification
sheet. |
